This project details the design we made of a comprehensive governmental kitchen in Saudi Arabia.
The central catering kitchen design encompasses specialised areas such as a main hot catering kitchen, and various cold storage rooms for different food categories.
The central bakery design is where all fresh baked products are made on a day to day basis, serving 3 meals per day, as well as the occasional catering needs.
The layouts ensure efficient flow from receiving docks to preparation, cooking, central bakery and waste disposal areas, incorporating catering service zones and meal preparation areas for optimal operational efficiency and service quality in a large-scale setting.
Lastly, designing the professional central laundry, in the governmental building, serving 10,000 people in Saudi Arabia, offers comprehensive services including washing, dry cleaning, drying, and ironing. Ensuring efficient and high-quality care.
